Description
Unit sizes range from 1,574 to 2,125 square feet and each floor plan is different. Standard features include tiled entry, vertical blinds throughout, vaulted ceilings, recessed lightings, wet bar with mirror, shelving units, spacious linen and hall closets, mirrored wardrobe doors, gourmet kitchen, skylights, concrete patios, large sliding glass doors to patio, dual glazed windows, central heating and 5-ton air-conditioning unit, lush landscaping, tv and dvd player.

Bed linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, barbeque, etc. are included to complete the home. You'll probably want to bring a few of your favorite personal household goods and items for a longer stay. Parking is on the street, in front of each home. EMERALD DESERT RV RESORT DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS IN RESORT HOMES. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Utilities & Deposits
Rates are for two people and include cable TV, electric, gas and water. Off season monthly rates do not include electric. A refundable deposit of $100.00 for electric is required upon check-in. The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Electric bills are payable on a monthly basis and/or at the time of check-out, at which time deposits will be applied toward any balance and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded. A $250.00 non-refundable rental deposit is needed to hold a reservation. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. However, it is applied towards your stay at check-in.

At check-in, guests will be responsible for a $300.00 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable, less the cost of repairing any damage that is not considered normal wear and tear.
