Bed
linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes, dishwasher, clothes washer
and dryer, barbeque, etc. are included to complete the home. You'll
probably want to bring a few of your favorite personal household goods
and items for a longer stay. Unit sizes range from 1,450 to 1,600 square
feet and each floor plan is different. Parking is on the street, in
front of each home. EMERALD DESERT GOLF & RV RESORT DOES NOT ACCEPT
PETS IN CONDO HOMES. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Rates
are for two people and include cable TV, electric, gas and water. Off
season monthly rates do not include electric. A refundable deposit of
$100.00 for electric is required upon check-in. The meter will be read
at check-in and again at check-out. If telephone service is desired,
there is a $50.00 refundable deposit required at the time of the request.
As other telephone charges apply, please inquire at the Check-In Office.
Telephone and electric bills are payable on a monthly basis and/or at
the time of check-out, at which time deposits will be applied toward
any balance and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded. A $250.00
non-refundable rental deposit is needed to hold a reservation.
This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. However,
it is applied towards your stay at check-in.
