You'll probably want to bring a few of your favorite personal household goods and items for a longer stay. Parking is on the street, in front of each home. EMERALD DESERT RV RESORT DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS IN RESORT HOMES. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Utilities & Deposits
Rates are for two people and include cable TV, electric, gas and water. Off season monthly rates do not include electric. A refundable deposit of $100.00 for electric is required upon check-in. The meter will be read at check-in and again at check-out. Electric bills are payable on a monthly basis and/or at the time of check-out, at which time deposits will be applied toward any balance and any remaining deposit balance will be refunded. A $250.00 non-refundable rental deposit is needed to hold a reservation. This deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. However, it is applied towards your stay at check-in.

At check-in, guests will be responsible for a $300.00 cleaning deposit which is fully refundable, less the cost of repairing any damage that is not considered normal wear and tear.

$1,275.00 - $6,100.00 extended stay (over 31 days)
