Policies

Check-in/Check-out

Check in time is 1:00 p.m.   Check out time is Noon.  Early arrivals and late departures are subject to additional charges. 

 

Visitors

All visitors must register with the office. Young Person Overnight Visitation (any person under 18): However, we do make some exceptions with regard to visiting younger person. To qualify for young person overnight visitation, a guest must be registered to stay a minimum of thirty (31) consecutive days. If visitors are overnight guests, or intend to use the common facilities they are subject to visitor fees.  All visitors (adult or child) must be accompanied by the paying guest at all times. For availability see scheduled calendar visits at the Front Desk.

 

Parking

Only one RV per site.  All passenger vehicles must be parked at site or in designated guest parking areas.  All autos must be parked parallel to the RV.  All vehicles must be registered with the office.  Limited overnight off-RV site parking is available for a fee.  All illegally parked vehicles are subject to tow.

Motorized Vehicle

Proof of current registration on all vehicles is required. 

Speed Limit

Resort speed limit is 5 mph.  Please drive slow and safe.

 

Pets (Cats and Dogs)

Pets must be on a maximum 6’ leash at all times.  Maximum of 2 pets per site.  

No aggressive breeds.  Pet waste bags and containers are provided.  Pets are subject to fees.  Pets must never be left unattended outside of the RV.  No Pets inside buildings.

 

Swimming

Pools & Spas

Guests are not permitted to use the swimming pool unless accompanied by an RVer and with prior approval of Resort Management. All persons who are incontinent or children who are not “potty trained” are not permitted in the pools and spas.  No cut-off jeans.  Nudity is prohibited.  The Resort reserves the right to “reserve” the pools for organized activity (i.e. water exercise class).  No running, diving, ball throwing etc...  No glass in pool area.

 

Car & RV Washing

 

Strictly Prohibited, see Front Desk for authorized vendor list.

Site Appearance

Guests agree to keep site in clean, neat and orderly fashion at all times.  No storage under RV.  No “For Sale” items on display and no business or commercial activity permitted.

Tent Camping

Not Permitted. Travel Trailer must be minimum of 19 ft.

Quiet Time

Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please no excessive noise at any time.

Notice

Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20, et seq., " A recreational vehicle may be removed from the premises without a Judicial Hearing, after the service of a 72-hour notice, if the occupant who has been in the park for 30 days of less, has either:

  1. Failed to pay for his/her occupancy in the park or,

  2. Failed to comply with the park’s rules and regulations

Conduct

Actions by any person of any nature which may be dangerous or may create a health and safety problem or disturb others are not permitted.  This includes, but is not limited to, any unusual, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, quarreling, threatening, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, or rude, boisterous, objectionable or abusive language or conduct.
