Stage Two of the AMGEN Tour of California is set to roll into Palm Desert on Monday, May 13. Here at Emerald Desert, we are thrilled to have these elite athletes in town as they race the 750 miles to a Santa Rosa finish.
Participating in this eight-day race are the 16 of the world’s top cycling teams. We encourage our guests to head out to the Stage Two finish line or along the race route and be witness to one of the most prestigious cycling events in the world.
In addition to Palm Desert, the riders race by two other Sunland RV Resort properties—Escondido RV Resort in Escondido and Golden Village Palms RV Resort in Hemet.
