March 9th = Meatloaf With Garlic Mashed Potatoes Served With Sage Gravy & Sautéed Green Beans And Vegetarian Cobb Salad. Apple Pie A La Mode With Caramel Sauce For Dessert.
March 23rd = Chile Rellenos And Chicken Enchiladas Served With Cumin & Epazote Scented Beans Along With Lime Cilantro Rice And A Melon/Cucumber & Jicama Salad With Lime & Mint Dressing. Tres Leches Cake and Strawberries for Dessert.
