Resort Rules and Regulations: • All camping attendees MUST be 18 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult. • There will be security at all times. • Feel free to bring your own food and beverages. • No glass containers or bottled beverages allowed. Weapons, drug paraphernalia, and drugs are strictly prohibited. • Check-out time is 12:00 p.m • No refunds for early departures. • Speed Limit: Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit in the Resort. • Parking: One auto per site. Additional vehicle charge is $25 per day. • Be courteous of your neighbors. No loud or excessive noise. • Absolutely no fires in the Resort. • Emerald RV Resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Lock all items for safety.

Terms & Conditions: A 3-night minimum stay is required. We allow all styles of RV’s and motorcoaches with some exceptions. RV site rates are based on two-person occupancy. Each additional guest will be charged $45/day. RV site rates include one RV and one truck/car per site. Each additional vehicle will be charged $25/day. All vehicles must display a car pass. All others are subject to towing. Villa rates are based on the number of bedrooms per villa. Two guests are allowed per bedroom. Please be aware of the 60-day (2 month) cancellation policy to receive a full refund.
